CIVIL LAW PRACTICE

INTRODUCTION

Estate Planning:  Estate planning includes wills and trusts, powers of attorney of all kinds, and the disposal of bodily remains. Documents may be drafted individually or as as a full estate plan package, which is the most popular. Pricing reflects the plan selected, the complexity involved in the planning, and is billed on a Flat Fee basis.

Probate administration:  Probate is the final settling of one's earthly affairs after death. There are three probate procedures in Ohio:
  1. Summary Release
  2. Release From Administration
  3. Full Administration
Which one, if any, is correct for you depends upon the amount of the deceased's personal property, the way the assets are titled, the amount of debt, and the personal relationships between the survivors. Even when a probate may not be necessary, it may be wise to elect one of these procedures for various reasons. Attorney Fees are court approved.

I also handle many other civil legal problems including:
  • Appeals
  • Adoption
  • Contracts/Leases/Documentation
  • Litigation
